I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I’m passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families to strengthen relationships, improve health and wellness and to promote healing and joy. I have over 18 years of experience providing clinical counseling services and treatment of a wide-range of clinical issues. As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, I specialize in treating Sex Addictions and in working with partners experiencing Betrayal Trauma. Additionally, I am a Registered Yoga Teacher who provides yoga therapy groups and private sessions for trauma, addiction, anxiety and a variety of mental health issues. I am also trained in EMDR and use this modality to treat addiction and trauma.


I am authorized by UCLA Gambling Studies and the California Office of Problem Gambling to treat individuals and families affected by Problem Gambling. I am Co-owner of Bridges Counseling Center in Roseville, California which has been providing counseling services to our community since 2010. We also have a new location in San Diego, California. I graduated from Brigham Young University-Hawaii in Clinical Psychology (Magna Cum Laude) and received my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the California Professional School of Psychology. I’m a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT).
