We at Bridges Counseling Center are holding a Women's Depression Group that meets weekly to offer some new support. During this 8 week group, you can expect skills training, group sharing, and even symptom reducing strategies. Participating in a group offer a chance for individuals to draw from collective experiences, allowing you to learn from others who have gone through it already or to share your experience with those who are just beginning. You are encouraged to come at any stage of your journey because there is always room for growth.
